Is the time difference a problem?
No — India and the UAE are only about two hours apart, so our working day and yours overlap almost completely. Calls are easy to schedule.
Why hire an offshore team instead of an agency in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
You get a small team working directly on your project rather than an account manager between you and whoever is actually building it, and we can usually start sooner. With only two hours between us, there's no real time-zone cost either — questions get answered the same day.
Do you quote in AED?
Yes. We'll agree a fixed price in AED before anything starts.
How does your pricing work?
One fixed price, agreed before anything starts. The first call is free and exists to work out what you actually need; after that you get a written quote covering the whole scope. If you later ask for something outside it, we quote that separately rather than quietly adding it to the bill.
How do we pay you from the UAE?
Usually by international bank transfer, staged against agreed milestones rather than one payment up front. The exact terms are confirmed in writing with your quote.
How long does a website or app take to build?
A basic business website is usually ready in 1–2 weeks. Sites with an online store or a booking system take longer, and a mobile app is typically 4–8 weeks. You get the timeline in writing before we start, not after it slips.
Who owns the website and the code once it is finished?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the site, the code, and the content are yours — we hand over the files and the accounts. Nothing stays locked to our hosting or our logins.
Is our information safe with an offshore team?
Yes, and we'll put it in writing — we're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. Access to your accounts stays with the people actually working on the project, and everything transfers to you at the end.
What happens after the site goes live?
The same people who built it stay on it. Support doesn't move to a different desk once the invoice clears, so when you want a change six months later you're not re-explaining your business to someone new.
