Information we collect
When you use the contact form
If you submit an enquiry, we store what you enter — name, email, phone, country, company, the service you're asking about, an optional budget, and your message — along with the IP address the submission came from. This is kept so we can respond to you and follow up; it isn't shared with anyone outside One Right Solution except where it's needed to send you an email (see "Third parties" below).
When you browse the site
We record a lightweight, first-party log of page visits: the page requested, device type, browser, platform, and the referring page, if any. Visitors are told apart using a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, not the address itself, so this record can't be traced back to you personally. We also separately record the IP address and request details behind attempted attacks, scans, and other abusive traffic, so we can block it — this is a security measure, not a marketing one, and it is not linked to the visit log above.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, grouped into the categories in the cookie banner:
- Necessary — required for the site to work (navigation, theme, security). These can't be turned off.
- Analytics — lets us see which pages get used, using the first-party visit log described above.
- Marketing — reserved for measuring marketing campaigns. We don't currently run any marketing cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site; this category exists so your choice is already in place if that changes.
You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
How we use this information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you ask about.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To detect and block malicious or abusive traffic.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Third parties
A small number of vendors process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the site:
- Resend — delivers the transactional emails triggered by the contact form (e.g. notifying us of a new enquiry).
- Google Business Profile — the reviews shown on this site are pulled from our public Google Business listing. Visiting the site doesn't share your data with Google; nothing is embedded that tracks you for this.
- Our hosting provider, which processes traffic to serve the site and necessarily sees your IP address as part of that.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as an ongoing business record and reviewed periodically; you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Page-visit records are kept for a limited window and then automatically deleted; records of blocked or suspicious traffic are kept somewhat longer for security purposes, then deleted the same way.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@onerightsolution.com. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
