Offshore development, without the horror stories.
We're a small team in India building websites and mobile apps for businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE. You work with the people who write the code — there's no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
What that actually looks like
The complaints people have about offshore teams are specific ones. These are the answers to them.
You talk to the people building it. No account manager translating your requirements into a brief for someone else, and no handover to a team you were never introduced to.
Written updates as the work happens, so a large time-zone gap never turns into radio silence between calls. You can read them on your own schedule.
Quoted in your currency — USD, GBP, CAD, AUD or AED — and agreed before anything starts.
A working demo before launch. You see it running and sign it off before it goes live, not after.
The same people after launch. Support does not move to a different desk once the invoice clears.

Your questions, answered
What does "offshore development" mean in practice here?
It means your website or app is built by our team in India rather than by an agency in your own country. In practice you get the same things you'd expect locally — a scoped quote, a demo before launch, and someone to call afterwards — with the difference being the time zone and the cost base, not the process.
How do we handle the time difference?
With overlap where it matters and writing where it doesn't. We'll find a call time that lands in your morning or evening rather than making you adjust to ours, and between calls we keep you posted in writing so nothing stalls while you're asleep.
How do I know the work is not passed to someone else?
Because we're small, and you meet the people doing it on the first call. The most common offshore complaint is being sold by a senior team and delivered by a junior one — that gap doesn't exist here, because there is only one team.
Have you actually built for clients outside India?
Yes. Texas Rug Gallery is a wholesale rug supplier in the US; UD Recruitments and Ultra Dreamerz are both UK businesses. All three are live, and the case studies show what we built and why.
What happens if the project goes wrong?
You see working software before launch rather than a status report, which is where most problems surface early. If something is wrong after launch, you contact the same people who built it — not a ticket queue.
Which currency do you quote in?
Yours — USD, GBP, CAD, AUD or AED. You get one quote agreed before work begins, so there are no currency surprises later.
