Before a listing goes live

Every property is reviewed by a person, not just a filter. We check that:

• The photographs plausibly show the actual property rather than stock imagery.
• The address and map location match.
• There is a working contact phone number.
• The description is specific and does not contain misleading claims.
• Rooms and rates are set up coherently.

We are not a safety inspectorate and we do not physically visit every property. What we can do is refuse to publish a listing that looks wrong, and remove one that turns out to be.

Reviews you can trust

A review requires a completed booking made through this platform. There is no other way to post one. We do not remove reviews for being negative, and we do not let properties pay to have them hidden.

Payments

Pay only through this site. We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account, pay by UPI to an individual, or share your card details over the phone. If someone claiming to represent us or a property asks you to, report it immediately.

When you arrive

• Carry government photo ID for every adult — required across India.
• Check the room before you unpack. Photograph anything that is not as described.
• Confirm what is included so incidental charges do not surprise you at checkout.

If something is wrong

Raise it with the property first — most problems are a wrong room key or a misunderstanding and are solved in five minutes at the desk.

If they will not resolve it, call us on +91 00000 00000 while you are still at the property, with photographs if you have them. Being on site makes every outcome easier, including a refund.

Reporting a listing

If a listing is inaccurate, unsafe, or not what it claims to be, tell us at hello@onerightsolution.com. We investigate every report and suspend listings while we do.
