For partners

Partner help centre

Everything a property needs to know about listing, pricing, bookings and getting paid.

Getting listed

Create a partner account, add your property, add at least one room type and 3 photos, then submit for review. A person checks every listing — usually within one business day. If something needs changing you get specific feedback rather than a generic rejection.

Listing is free. There is no subscription and no charge for photos or onboarding.

Rates and availability

The calendar

Set a nightly rate and how many rooms are on sale, per date. You can apply changes across a date range and restrict them to particular weekdays — useful for weekend pricing. Stop-sell blocks dates entirely; "no check-ins" lets guests stay through a date without arriving on it.

Seasonal rates

For longer periods — peak season, a festival week — create a seasonal rate with either a fixed price or a percentage adjustment on your base rate. Where two overlap, the higher priority wins.

Dynamic rules

Rules adjust rates automatically based on occupancy, how far ahead the booking is, day of week or length of stay. A rate you typed by hand into the calendar always wins over a rule — if you set a price manually, we honour it exactly.

Bookings and guests

Bookings arrive confirmed and paid. You get the guest's name, phone number and email immediately, along with any special requests. Deal with them directly from there.

Mark guests as checked in from your dashboard. If someone does not turn up, mark them as a no-show and our team will review the payout for that booking.

Getting paid

A stay becomes payable 2 days after checkout. We batch payable stays on a weekly cycle and transfer the net amount to your registered bank account.

Each payout comes with a statement showing every booking, the gross amount, our 5% commission and the net — plus a proper GST tax invoice for the commission, ready for your accountant.

New bank accounts are verified with a ₹1 test transfer before the first payout. Minimum payout is ₹500; anything below that rolls into the next cycle.

Reviews

Only guests with a completed booking can leave a review, so there is no such thing as a fake review here — and no such thing as a review you can have removed for being unflattering.

You can reply publicly to every review. For a negative one this matters more than the review itself: prospective guests read the reply to work out how you handle problems.

We remove reviews only for abuse, personal information or content that is not a review of the stay. Report one if you believe it crosses that line.

Still not clear? Ask us directly — a person replies within one business day.
