The things partners actually ask
What exactly does the 5% apply to?
The total the guest pays for the stay, after any discount. If a guest pays ₹10,000, we keep ₹500 and transfer ₹9,500 to you. We raise a GST invoice for that ₹500 so you can claim input credit.
Are there any other charges?
No listing fee, no monthly subscription, no charge for photos or support. Payment gateway charges are passed through at cost and shown on every payout statement.
When do I get paid?
Stays become payable 2 days after checkout, and we settle on a weekly cycle to the bank account you add in your dashboard.
Do I have to give you my lowest rate?
No. There is no rate parity clause. Price however you like — most partners find they can price lower here and still clear more, because our cut is smaller.
Who handles cancellations and refunds?
You choose a cancellation policy per property. We apply it automatically and process the refund to the guest. Payouts only ever include stays that actually happened.
What if a guest damages something?
Guest contact details, including a verified phone number, are on every booking. Settle incidentals directly with the guest at the property, as you would with a walk-in.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes. Add as many as you like under one account, and group them if you run a chain.
