3. Digital Products (Themes)

When you purchase a digital product (such as a Shopify theme or WordPress theme) from One Right Solution, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product subject to the following terms:

• Single-Store License — Each license entitles you to use the theme on one (1) store or website. If you wish to use the same theme on multiple stores, you must purchase a separate license for each.
• No Redistribution — You may not distribute, share, sublicense, or make the theme available to any third party, whether free of charge or for a fee.
• No Resale — You may not resell, lease, or otherwise commercially transfer the theme or any derivative work based on the theme.
• Updates Included — Your license includes access to all updates and bug fixes released during the license period. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include new features, performance improvements, or compatibility patches.
• Modifications — You may modify the theme for your own use on the licensed store. However, modified versions remain subject to these license terms and may not be redistributed or resold.

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate any of these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

All product prices are listed in USD and/or INR as displayed on our website or marketplace listings. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and/or Shopify Payments. We do not store your credit card details or banking information. All transactions are encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refund Policy

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — If you are unsatisfied with a theme purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the theme has not been installed on a live store or customized beyond default settings.
• No Refund for Installed/Customized Themes — Once a theme has been installed on a live store, activated, or customized (including any code modifications, content changes, or settings adjustments), it is no longer eligible for a refund.
• Custom Services — Refunds for custom development and hosting services are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your individual project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website and in our products are owned by One Right Solution or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Our Ownership — We retain full ownership of all themes, tools, and products we create. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
• Client Projects — For custom development work, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, we retain ownership of reusable code, frameworks, and tools developed during the project, while the client receives a perpetual license to use the final deliverables.
• Your Content — You retain ownership of any content, images, or text you provide to us for use in your project or store.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:
