Theme Support

Go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store → Themes, click Add theme → Upload zip file, and select the theme zip file. Once uploaded, click Publish to make it live. For a detailed walkthrough, see our installation guide.

Theme updates upload as a separate theme copy, so your old theme with its customizations is still in your Theme Library. You can re-apply your settings from the old theme to the new one using the theme editor. We recommend taking screenshots of your settings before updating.

Our support covers theme setup, configuration, and bug fixes. For custom design or development work beyond the theme's built-in features, we offer paid customization services. Submit a ticket with details about what you need and we'll provide a quote.

The demo uses specific images, products, and content. Make sure you have: (1) high-quality product images at the recommended dimensions, (2) all sections added and configured in the theme editor, (3) the correct demo template assigned to your homepage. Check the Homepage Demos section in our documentation.

The theme is built on Shopify OS 2.0 and supports app blocks, which means most apps work out of the box. If you experience a compatibility issue with a specific app, please submit a ticket with the app name and we'll investigate.

We offer refunds in accordance with the marketplace policy where you purchased the theme. If you're experiencing issues, please contact support first -- we're happy to help resolve any problems before considering a refund.
